1. About This Policy

Young Decade IT Software Solution values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how the Sadeed app collects, uses, stores, and protects user data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and Google Play's User Data Policy.

2. Terms and Conditions (Binding Agreement)

This Mobile Application End User Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy is a binding agreement between you and Young Decade IT Software Solution regarding the use of Sadeed on mobile devices. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY. YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO ENTER INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT AND ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD/INSTALL/USE THE APPLICATION AND DELETE IT FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE.

3. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Young Decade IT Software Solution grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install and use Sadeed for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or otherwise controlled by you ("Mobile Device") strictly in accordance with the Application's documentation, and to access, stream, download and use on such Mobile Device the Content and Services made available through the Application, strictly in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable Terms of Use.

4. License Restrictions

You shall not:

• Copy the Application, except as expressly permitted by this license.
• Modify, translate, adapt or otherwise create derivative works or improvements of the Application.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Application.
• Remove, delete, alter or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights notices from the Application.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer or otherwise make available the Application or any features to any third party.
• Remove, disable, circumvent or otherwise create any workaround to any copy protection, rights management or security features.
• Use the Application in hazardous environments such as power generation systems, aircraft navigation, safety-critical applications (medical/life-support), military or aerospace systems.

5. Reservation of Rights

You acknowledge and agree that the Application is provided under license, not sold. You do not acquire any ownership interest in Sadeed under this Agreement. Young Decade IT Software Solution and its licensors and service providers reserve and retain their entire right, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein, except as expressly granted to you.

6. Collection and Use of Your Information

When you download, install or use Sadeed, you acknowledge that the Application may collect certain information to provide core services, improve user experience, and maintain security. This may include device information (model, OS version, unique identifiers), usage data (sessions, feature interactions), location data (if required for certain features, with your explicit permission), and any account information provided during registration. By using the Application and providing information, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

Young Decade IT Software Solution does not sell user personal information to third parties. All data is handled with confidentiality and in accordance with Google Play’s data policies.

7. Content and Services & Third Parties

Your access to and use of certain Content and Services within Sadeed may require you to accept additional terms or register within the App. Any violation of those terms will also be deemed a violation of this Agreement. We may rely on trusted third-party services (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics) that are bound by strict confidentiality obligations. No personal data is shared for marketing or unrelated purposes.

8. Geographic Restrictions

You acknowledge that you may not be able to access all Content and Services from certain countries and that access may not be legal for certain persons or in certain jurisdictions. If you access Sadeed from outside your region, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

9. Data Security and Retention

Young Decade IT Software Solution employs reasonable technical, physical and organizational measures to protect the data collected through Sadeed against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the App’s functionality or as required by law.

10. Updates to the Application and this Policy

Company may from time to time, in its sole discretion, provide updates, modifications, or new versions of Sadeed. This Privacy Policy may also be revised to reflect regulatory changes or new features. Continued use of the Application after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Children’s Privacy

Sadeed is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so we can delete such information.

12. Governing Law & Contact

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Young Decade IT Software Solution. Any disputes arising from the use of Sadeed shall be resolved under binding legal frameworks.
